Ending your life may seem like the answer to a problem that you can no longer solve. What troubles me is how many people have taken the time out to actually sit down to solve the problem?
There are situations which have spiraled out of control due to other complicated nonsensicals ordeals that you have managed to involve yourself in. We all walk the path of life and there are roads, boulevards, bridges, sidewalks, streets, and avenues. They have twists and turns, missing signs, pot holes, and are not well lit if they are lit at all. We must traverse the path no matter what and it's what you do and how you handle each path when it is presented to you.
Some situations and circumstances cannot be avoided based on past choices but there is a solution to keep you from walking deeper down that poorly lit avenue.
- Send a signal from your brain to your legs and tell them to begin walking the other way.
- Be honest with yourself. Take a step back, re-evaluate the situation and determine what role you played which created the problem.
- Do not take the call/text/email/IM/sky writing or any other method from this person/people who are trying to push you over the cliff.
- Do not ingest controlled or illegal substances. They do not solve the problem only create a new one.
- When all else fails, seek professional help.
