untitled

The brilliant Writer and Director John Hughes has died. I remember his greats:
Ferris Buellers day off
Sixteen Candles
Breakfast Club
Weird Science
Pretty in Pink
Sixteen Candles
She's having a baby
Uncle Buck
Curly Sue

I didnt even mention the ones he wrote. The list goes on for miles. The movies had the best soundtracks, well it was the 80's. The movies had such memorable lines and loveable characters, Anthony Michael Hall, Molly Ringwald, Matthew Broderick, Judd Nelson, Kevin Bacon(philly boy), and Ben Stein. Anyway, remember your youth, share this with your children so they can see the simplicity of being a suburban fictional teen (granted they were drinking and getting high) Its not all about the booty bounce and stanky leg. Kids/Teens really dont have movies in their age range anymore. PG13 movies should be R. R movies should be X, oh wait they call them unrated (Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Hangover).

To you John Hughes, stay classy
